We proudly present An Evening with Franc Roddam. Director of Quadrophenia, one of the greatest British films of all time, Norton-born Franc Roddam, is coming to ARC Stockton to tell us of his experiences with The Who and Phil Daniels during the making of this true cult classic.

Franc will also share stories of the making of Auf Weidersehen, Pet, the much-loved TV series he created, which has its roots embedded firmly in the North East and gave rise to the careers of celebrated actors Timothy Spall, Jimmy Nail, and Tim Healy.

The show will include the story of another of Franc’s career highlights: the creation of MasterChef and how he took it from a simple idea to a major worldwide television franchise.

Taking place in the intimate 100-capacity studio theatre, the evening will end with an audience Q&A so you’ll also have the opportunity to speak directly to Franc, a true legend of British film and TV.
