TVIFF was in attendance at Flok in Middlesbrough for the open casting of "Kazzy" a new featurefilm to be directed by Hartlepool's Paul Suggitt and shot in Teesside. The evning was a roaring success and strengthens our belief that the Tees Valley is an absolute hotbed of talent and that the Tees Valley Creative Revolution is just around the corner.
